Cancellation Policy

1) Remaining Balance Due At Appt: When booking your appointments, please remember that deposits are paid upfront and the remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of appointment. Acceptable payment types are PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major debit/credit cards. 2) No Refunds: TNT Lux Hair Parlor and staff takes pride in making sure every customer is satisfied. With that being said, under no circumstances will we give refunds. 3) Late Appts/New Deposit: After you're 15min late, your appointment will be cancelled. Your deposit is forfeited. You will have to reschedule your appointment and a new deposit will be required. Deposits are non-transferable. If you can not make the appointment and need to change the date, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. 4) Wig Drop-Off: Please note that you have a minimum of 48 hours to drop off your wig prior to your appointment. If your wig is not dropped off in the allotted time frame, your appointment will be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required. 5) No Kids: No kids or extra people are allowed with you in the salon, unless an appointment is booked on the same day for that person. Work space is limited. Minimum age limit to receive services is 7- years-old. 6) Same Day Bookings: Same day booking fee of $35 will be applied to any services booked within 24hrs of service being provided. 7) Photography Disclaimer: Please be advised that any pictures taken could and will be used on all social media platforms for educational and promotional purposes.
